A creamy, comforting chicken pasta dish made effortlessly in a slow cooker, reminiscent of your favorite Italian restaurant.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 package of Italian dressing mix
  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 pound fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  2. Mix the Italian dressing mix, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth in a bowl. Pour this mixture over the chicken.
  3. Cook on low for 240-360 minutes or on high for 120-180 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
  4. Add the cream cheese to the slow cooker and let it melt about 30 minutes before serving.
  5. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to the package instructions.
  6. Shred the chicken in the slow cooker once it’s done, and stir in the cooked pasta.
  7. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

Season the chicken with salt and pepper for deeper flavor. You can also add vegetables like spinach or bell peppers for a healthy twist.
