  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, egg, and minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Roll the mixture into small meatballs and place them in the slow cooker.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, and rice vinegar. Pour the sauce over the meatballs in the slow cooker.
  4. Cook on low for 360 minutes (6-8 hours) or high for 180 minutes (3-4 hours), until the meatballs are cooked through.
  5. Serve warm as an appetizer or over rice for a meal.
