A comforting and creamy chicken Alfredo made effortlessly in a slow cooker.

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, mix heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic, salt, and pepper. Pour this mixture over the chicken.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 240-360 minutes.
  4. About 30 minutes before serving, cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions.
  5. Shred the chicken in the slow cooker, then stir in the cooked pasta and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Mix until well combined and creamy.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

For extra flavor, add Italian herbs or red pepper flakes. Stir gently to keep everything well-coated.
