2 large eggs

2 tbsp almond flour

1/4 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Pinch of salt

Butter or oil for cooking

Instructions

1. Add cottage cheese, eggs, almond flour, baking powder, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt to a blender or bowl.

2. Blend or whisk until smooth.

3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and grease with butter or oil.
