A low-carb, high-protein pizza crust made with cottage cheese and eggs—crispy, easy, and keto-approved.
¾ cup cottage cheese
2 large eggs
½ cup shredded mozzarella
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: 1 tbsp almond flour or grated Parmesan
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
2. Blend cottage cheese and eggs until smooth.
3. Transfer to a bowl and mix in mozzarella, seasonings, and optional almond flour.
4. Spread batter onto baking sheet into a thin round or rectangle.
5. Bake 20–25 minutes until golden and firm.
6. Remove from oven, add toppings, and bake 5–7 minutes more.
Store leftovers in the fridge up to 3 days.
Reheats well in oven or air fryer.
