3 large eggs, separated

1/4 tsp baking powder

1/8 tsp salt

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Whip egg whites and salt until stiff peaks form.

3. Blend cottage cheese, yolks, and baking powder until smooth.

4. Gently fold egg whites into cheese mixture without deflating.

5. Spoon batter into rounds on baking sheet and bake 25–30 minutes until golden.
