These cottage cheese chips are a crisp, protein-packed snack made with just one main ingredient and endless flavor possibilities.

Ingredients

1 cup low-fat cottage cheese

1/4 tsp garlic powder (optional)

1/4 tsp smoked paprika (optional)

Pinch of salt

Dried herbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Drain the cottage cheese using cheesecloth or a fine mesh sieve to remove moisture.

3. Spoon small mounds of cottage cheese onto the parchment paper and spread thin with the back of a spoon.

4. Sprinkle your desired seasonings (optional) over the top of each chip.

5. Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until the edges are golden and crisp.

6. Let cool completely before removing to allow full crisping.

Notes

Thinner layers will crisp better.

Store in airtight container for 2–3 days.

Reheat in oven to refresh crunch.
