1 cup self-rising flour
1 egg (for egg wash)

1. Blend cottage cheese until smooth.
2. Mix with flour until a dough forms.
3. Knead lightly and divide into 4 pieces.
4. Roll each into a rope and shape into bagels.
5. Brush tops with egg wash and season.
6. Bake at 375°F for 25–30 minutes or air fry at 350°F for 12–14 minutes.
