2 burpless cucumbers

1 cup cottage cheese

1 cup Greek yogurt

1 tbsp fresh dill

1 garlic clove

1 lemon

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt & pepper

Instructions

1. Slice burpless cucumbers into rounds.

2. Mix cottage cheese with sliced cucumbers, dill, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

3. Blend Greek yogurt with diced cucumbers, garlic, dill, and olive oil for dip.

4. Puree cucumbers with yogurt and honey, freeze for frozen bites.

5. Serve fresh, chilled or frozen for a variety of meals.
